The Weight

A climate action project as part of Crumlin Creative Climate Action, funded by Creative Ireland. Collaboration of Sarah Bracken Soper (artist, illustrator, workshop facilitator, project manager) and Holly Pereira (illustrator and typography). The mural is the result of a climate workshop run with children and Seagull House residents Lucy Lambe and Conan Welstead. The mural was digitally illustrated and applied to the Seagull House flats in Crumlin using a paste-up technique. Special thanks to artist Joe Caslin for help and advise and Clay Youth Services for the use of their space for the workshop.
