The Photographers’ Workshop Identity

The Photographers’ Workshop were workshops initiated by photographer Mike O’Toole which offered specialised lessons on specific aspects of photography. Guest tutors would be asked to give a workshop specific to their area of expertise.

We produced a simple typographic identity using Milton Glaser’s ‘Glaser Stencil’ due to some of the characters (the O mainly) resembling the focus reticle seen through the lens of a camera. We then created a simple colourful poster system using this typography and incorporated an image from each workshops tutor.
