As part of an on-going social media presence for the Environmental Protection Agency Stop Food Waste initiative, the M-CO designers have created templates and bespoke social media campaigns to present ideas to the public in an approachable way. The project involved developing a look and feel that could be recognised instantly on social media channels. The use of bold colours and graphic shapes allowed for the flexibility needed to sustain a long-term campaign while also maintaining a consistent appearance throughout. Each graphic is created unique to allow for a fresh delivery of the campaign message and bespoke illustrations have also been used occasionally to inject life into the social media page. This approach has allowed the Stop Food Waste initiative to establish a strong voice in its digital environment.
