Robert Armstrong

A forty-eight page hardback book documenting artist Robert Armstrong’s solo exhibition at the Kevin Kavanagh Gallery, Dublin in 2015. The cover design and selected pages/spreads throughout the book feature randomly scattered coloured spots which directly reference recurring motifs in Robert Armstrong’s paintings. The revival Venetian (Old Style) headline font – with its low contrast between thick and thin strokes – helps give the publication a distinct identity.
