Ireland's national LGBT press, GCN, turned 30 this year and to mark the occasion they held an exhibition to celebrat, highlight and discuss aspects of queer history through the lens of the publication. The exhibition identity takes it lead from the elements synonymous with the long history of publication, from paste-ups, through to mac-based layout, right up to online publishing. Grids, columns, image boxes, reg-marks and imposition make a flexible and variable identity system, referencing the language of the world it represents.
