“If I tell you, then everything’s going to change”
Adele and her family have always been close. But recently, that closeness has been tainted by an increasing sense of mistrust — until a visit from a stranger forces them to confront the terrifying reality of their relationship.
Written and directed by Mark O’Rowe, Our Few and Evil Days revolves around domesticity, secrecy, horror and the supernatural. Initial image-making became a holding poster for the Dublin Theatre Festival; this in turn informed the final poster series, which focused on the creeping horror of the domestic.
Sarah Doyle was commissioned as photographer for the poster series, and was instrumental in achieving the final aesthetic.
