Jashanmal Quarterly

I was approached by Jashanmal Books, the oldest bookstore in Dubai to create a magazine for their store. We decided to use an A3 format on matt paper to play with the newspaper conventions (including having a masthead that goes above and underneath the fold. Each issue is themed and there is an emphasis on bright colours (including a fifth colour on the cover) and playful design.
