HeadStuff is a collaborative hub for the creative and the curious, creating original articles, podcasts events and more.
The original logo was created in 2014 with the launch of the brand. It had gained traction over time and had become recognisable, but was starting to become dated and needed a refresh. The brief was to create a new identity that was current and could be used across the now broader and more diverse HeadStuff Network.
A new symbol was redrawn to closer mimic a speech bubble and was paired with Linotype’s Swift Bold typeface, with some modifications. A contemporary vibrant colour palette was chosen and used to distinguish the various areas in which HeadStuff operates.
