GUILD Identity (2013)

2013 Selection

Guild Café, is set in the newly renovated Guildhall in Derry. The identity was inspired by the essence of the Guild experience, from the beautiful architecture, to the quality of the artisan coffee and locally-prepared food prepared at it’s sister restaurant, The Beach House in Buncrana.

A typographic marque has been designed to echo the angles of the cut stonework, with a palette of gold, aubergine and warm grey. This was combined with carefully considered food photography. Additionally, we devised supporting language, including ‘Fresh from the Beach House Kitchen’, ‘created with love’, for use on their packaging, website design and printed communications.
