Croke Park (2014)

Croke Park is a world class sporting arena and therefore the food offer, and the design of the units, must be world class in themselves. We developed designs for three unit types and arranged them around ‘food streets’ within the stadium which are supported by a comprehensive concourse signage programme.

The Eighteen84 units are the quick service restaurants (QSRs) within the stadium selling a mix of hot food, snacks and hot & cold beverages. Leather & Ash units sell a café offer within the stadium comprising of sandwiches, snacks and hot & cold beverages. The Crossbar units are the bar offer within the stadium selling both alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. All of the units were designed to reflect the traditions of the GAA and legends who have played at this great stadium. We completed 49 units in total in mid 2014 alongside interior architects 21 Spaces.
