Connemara Craft Cider

Ruairi O’Neill has a unique approach to cider making — his small connemara orchard is pollinated by his bees and fertilised by his chickens. His neighbours and friends also provide the shortfall in apples to maintain production — this growing concern is the Connemara Apple Project.

His story and environment were the inspiration for our label design.
