Identity and stationery for an architecture and interior practice based in East London. The identity is inspired by architectural hatch patterns which are used to distinguish different building materials using only one colour on plan drawings.
As the key client request was for the identity to be printed in-house on a low-budget printer it was vital that it can be reproduced easily within these constraints. Hence, only black ink is used as it is the most reliable colour on these types of printers. The client is in control of all printing and changing the paper stock seasonally is encouraged.
