Bishop’s Square is a landmark office building in Dublin City Centre, which has been transformed in an extensive re-development project. The impressive landscaped six-story atrium, which provides natural light to the entire building, became the inspiration for the logo.

The brochure has a multitude of high-end details and embellishments. The slip case and cover are bound in Corvon Senzo, a latex-saturated paper which gives a rich tactile quality. This is enhanced on the slip case with a blind debossed geometric pattern on both sides. The pattern is repeated on the brochure cover as a border. The pattern and the logo are foiled in copper as a nod to the building’s red brick terracotta facade. The brochure is released from the slip case with a satin ribbon.

The tactile quality of the slip case and cover is carried through on the inner pages of the brochure, with a satin stock that feels velvety to the touch. The duplexed pages have a more substantial weight emphasising the copper foil Koloredge. Key infographics and text are foiled on the inner pages of the brochure, and a Pantone copper ink is used throughout.
