This is a freelance project that's within a series of illustrated buildings in Belfast which are either under risk of demolition, or aren't normal tourist spots.
The aim of the illustrated buildings is to document the buildings we have as they are at risk due to gentifrication which is becoming a big problem in Ireland.
The City Hospital is an unusal choice – while it dominates the skyline, it is regarded as either "an eyesore" or a "brutalist masterpiece" to locals. However the yellow nicely compliments the Harland and Wolff cranes.
While the City Hospital is not at risk of demolition, there is potential in the future that it could be overshadowed with more skyscrapers.
