Abbey Theatre – Quietly (2012)

Poster for Abbey Theatre production of ‘Quietly’. The play is tells the tale of two men linked and separated by culture, religion and history. There was a need to inject a sense of tension and menace into a poster for a show with just two main characters. The large empty space in the centre of draws and the eye uncomfortably away from the two main subjects, echoing the tension at the heart of the play.
