The National Women’s Council of Ireland produced a study on how to make the Dáil a more accessible place for all to work. This involved identifying operational and cultural issues within the Dáil that prohibited greater gender engagement and opportunity and linking it to successful mechanisms employed by other countries. Working with the client we developed a visual narrative using their content to create a series of storyboards that presented before and after scenarios. We generated scenes via photographs that were redrawn in an instructional manual style. The overall design carries the instructional tone across typography, general layout and the use of colour.
